Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) is a way for you to tap into your inner strength, improve your confidence and overcome your anxieties. You will first freedom as you begin to understand the benefits of anxiety and turn it into a positive driver that you can use to overcome life’s challenges.

Using a quiver full of tools to create the path and light your way an excellent coach will assist you to hit your target. Roger has a proven track record of hitting the target every time. ”

How does it work?

Neurolingistic programming for fear and anxiety isn’t about looking into the root causes of your anxieties. Sessions aren’t focussed on the bad stuff, instead they are focussed on times where you’ve shown strength and the skills to achieve seemingly impossible feats.

By setting clear goals you can be guided down the path to them, and with a mentor by your side, you’ll see the progress you make, the coping mechanisms you’ve put in place and the limitless potential to what you can achieve.

What can you achieve with NLP?

There is so much you can do once you learn to control your anxiety and turn it into a positive driver. By tapping into your innermost self you’ll be able to equip yourself with tools that will allow you to meet any situation with confidence. Depending on your goals you will be able to:

  • Speak in front of a large crowd
  • Input your thoughts on group projects
  • Negotiate a salary or promotion at work
  • Build resilience to help you overcome setbacks
  • Shoot beyond your potential and remove obstacles
  • Learn tools to replicate one success to all challenges

Mentoring with Roger Southam

Roger is a renowned mentor, offering everything from career coaching to NLP for fear and anxiety. After being introduced to neurolingistic programming in 2008, Roger was inspired by the framework and its focus on the power of words. Wanting to find out more about how NLP could help transform others’ lives, he studied one-on-one with fellow life and business coach Michael Breen.

Unlike some traditional mentoring, Roger doesn’t see himself as an advisor. His reluctance to give everyone the ‘answers’ ensures that change comes from within his clients. Those that are able to look inwardly for the strength to overcome their fears and anxieties go on to find the freedom they desire, without dependency on another.
